1:1 Coaching

Coaching sessions will help you develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals completely tailored to your needs. We will work together to understand your strengths, barriers and create steps to helping you be the best version of yourself. Sessions will include; learning breathing exercises to decrease stress and anxiety, meditation, mindfulness skills, self care practices, journaling, and more.
